Over the years we have smoked many whole hogs for various events. Due to the size of the hog (approximately 100 pounds–raw) we always deliver to the catered site. We require 2 weeks notice to insure correct hog preparation, flavor, cook time and delivery. Call: 615.595.0200

Add $200 + tax if you want us to strip the hog

Whole Hog Catering (Minimum 100 People) Includes:
Whole Smoked Hog stripped on site with buns, baked beans, potato salad, cole slaw, banana pudding, tea and paper products. Cost is $15.95 per person + tax & delivery fee.
